Services
T&L Psychology provides specialist clinical psychology services across a range of difficulties, with a focus on understanding how these affect everyday functioning in real-world settings such as work, education and home life.
Services are available for children, young people and adults, depending on the nature of the difficulty and the support required.
You may wish to look at the sections below depending on what you are seeking support with.
Neurodiversity
Assessment and support relating to ADHD, autism, dyslexia and related neurodevelopmental differences, with a focus on functional impact, individual strengths and day-to-day functioning.
Pre- and post-diagnostic understanding
Support can be provided both before and after diagnosis, focusing on strengths, areas of difficulty, and how these affect work, education, home life and relationships.
This can be particularly helpful where someone is awaiting assessment, has recently received a diagnosis, or needs a clearer understanding of what support or adjustments may be appropriate.
Mental Health
Psychological assessment and support across a range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, trauma and emotional regulation.
Workplace and Occupational Support
Assessment of how difficulties affect functioning at work, including consideration of reasonable adjustments, occupational health input and sustainability in professional roles.
Professional and Legal Reports
Preparation of structured reports to support workplace processes, disability assessment, and legal contexts where a clear understanding of psychological functioning is required.
